The staff was plain rude. I tried speaking to the Manager on Duty, Melissa, and even she was rude to my family and I. This was a horrible display of customer service especially in front of my daughter who loves to buy cookies and treats from there. She left crying from how rude they were being.

I called to place my order at the deerbrook mall location, the woman that answered the phone did not give her name but was extremely Rude! Talked fast and would not keep quiet to listen and take my order correctly. I'm very dissatisfied!!
