  We have an incentive system with our 4 y/o daughter, but the point is it takes her about a month to earn donuts for breakfast, so it is a big deal to her. When we got to DD there was one car in the drive through, but we went inside so she could see all the donuts and pick hers. The staff completely ignored us at the counter and instead served car after car in the drivethrough, while audibly complaining to each other about how they did not want to take a specific drive through customer's order. After 5 minutes of waiting at the counter without acknowledgement we left, and went to another nearby shop where we received much better treatment.

  I don't normally post reviews, but HAD to! The restaurant was filthy when we walked in. There was trash all over the floor, not a single table was clean, and the floor was FILTHY. I nicely brought it to the managers attention. We stayed and ate our donuts-30 minutes later, not a single thing had been cleaned!!! Talked to the manager again, and she gave the typical "oh I'm sorry about that. We will fix that". Yeah right. Because you cared SO much while we were there. Disappointing, and gross!! Terrible store manager.

  The coffee and donuts are not the best but alright. Really, the staff are my favorite thing here. They are always so wonderful and kind!
