  Absolutely terrible, got there got a table waited 10 minutes for anybody to even acknowledge us, then got outlet drinks and ordered our food and the wait was a good 45 minutes or so til our food came, during that time had no refills nor did anybody come by and check on us, then we get our food and one of the plates was completely inedible and dried out, so we sent it back and just got a refund on it, but we waited for the manager for a good 15 minutes, he was at another table with somebody else who I presume was unhappy, he never even came over to us although we finally got our fixed check. By far this is the worst chili's I have been to, and that's bad because usually chili's are all slow, this one was way beyond that. Would not recommend.

  The staff was great. They were extremely slow and it took 45 minutes for our food to come out and another 25 for our desert. The bacon on our burger was old and slightly burnt. There was urine all over the floor in the men's restroom.
