  Service was good at first, but after we got our food I didn't see the server again for a while. We were ready to checkout and had a question about our rewards and she was no where to be found. Chris passed by and I asked him for help, he was very nice and very helpful. I might go back. Not sure.

  This is the second time we've had horrible service at this Chili's, but it was much worse this time. We arrived with only two girls waiting before us. We signed in and gave the host our name. I went to the bathroom and my son waited. I noticed there were so many empty tables and booths so when I came back I asked the host about them. He said they were all closed. So we waited. Many people continued to come in. We waited a very long time. Then he finally sits the two girls, then another table of two and then another table of two.... and so forth, but not us. Enough. I get up and go to him and ask why he has sat several tables of "two" that arrived "after" us. He replied oh, I don't see your name on here. The reason was "race!" No doubt whatsoever. He was sitting every other race, but us. He had an attitude and he wasn't going to sit us. I said there's only one difference in us and those other people and i'm not going to say it, so sit us at a table. And then he did right away. After that, the server was amazing and the food was great. We will NEVER go back.
