  Very rude customer service going through drive thru. Twice there has been a girl on the speaker that asks what do you want, so I said I want a kids chicken tender meal, she practically cuts me off asking "anything else." Doesn't ask me what kind of fries with that let alone the drink. So after everything I say she says "anything else." She should be fired her customer service is nonexistent.

  So long Subway.
  Just try that new Italian sandwich, it will knock most sub shops off your stopping list.
  Tell them you want it dry, please put the dressing on the side.
  For me, it is a sacrilege to cover up the fresh sliced, real deli meats and cheeses.
  No plastic prefabs here.
  
  This is not your Granddad's Arby's, it's not even your Dad's Arby's; and they will love it even more than the old Arby's.
  They've got lots of new stuff, even Gyros and Reubens.
  Yes, they've still got the classics like the Jamocha shake, but that new Ande's chocolate mint stripe shake is to die for.
  
  An oasis surrounded by places that sell (rarely) fast (frequently questionable) food.
  
  Everything is top quality: the food, the service, the facilities, the experience.
  
  On my first visit to this Arby's, I was tempted but couldn't rate 5 stars on one experience.
  I try to base really high (and really low) ratings on a minimum of three visits.
  
  I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments.
  
  Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board.
  
  Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover.
  
  It is critical to have really good managers on site.
  
  If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance.
  
  Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast food business.
  
  I've been back to this Arby's several times now and there has been a turnover and a turnaround.
  This Crew is top-notch.
